- Provide personal care, assistance with meals, and companionship
- Support with medication, mobility, and daily tasks
- Build trusting relationships with our customers, promoting independence and improving their quality of life

- Able to work independently and as part of a caring team 2 years minimum care industry experience is desirable. Although, we accept applications from those with less experience with a desire to work in care. We trust our robust pre-employment training programme will provide all essential onboarding procedures to become a Bluebird Care Assistant. This is a mobile role, so it is essential that you have a Full Valid Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car/vehicle.

We are looking for a full-time Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. Our set working pattern for a full-time employee is 4 days one week and 3 days the following week, between the hours 07:00 - 22:00 as follows: - Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun
- Week 2 - Wed, Thur, Fri, A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour
- Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of £0.30 per mile
