Care Assistant / Support Worker

What does this Care Assistant job involve? Duties include but are not limited to:

• Personal Care.
• Medical Assistance.
• Meal preparation and support with feeding.
• Light house hold duties.

• Supporting clients to access the community.

• A driver with own vehicle.
