Full Job Description

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare on a temporary basis of 36 hours per week to cover maternity leave., Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

helping with washing and dressing
Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns:

Days Shift Contracts

8am until 8pm
8am until 2pm
2pm until 8pm
Every other weekend and Bank Holidays, if you're scheduled to work them.

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
