Care Assistants - Working with Adults in the Community

Home Instead Welwyn & Hatfield are now recruiting skilled Care Assistants and also people who want to work in Adult Care but are inexperienced. To work with our clients in their own homes and offering the full range of care assistance, to include personal care, home help duties and companionship.

We pride ourselves in the quality of care our clients receive and we are looking to recruit new members of staff who will share in our pride and who will provide a truly superior service to the elderly in our community.

• Rates of £12.00ph, and with benefits averaging £14.00ph.


• Evening and weekend work pays higher rates.


• Double time on Bank Holiday.


• £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile travel expenses.


• Paid during travel time (some restrictions apply).


• All training, workshops and e-learning paid.


• Minimum 1-hour visits - no rushing between clients.
