Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team working with young people and their loved ones whilst experiencing a first episode of psychosis. This is a rare opportunity for a fixed term contract or secondment opportunity. Full support, clinical and managerial supervision will be provided on a monthly basis and opportunities for development and additional training may be available.

The role will involve

v Management of a caseload of people with complex mental health and social care needs, using evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and document these in accordance with local and national standards and guidance.

v Care-coordination responsibilities for an agreed number of clients on the first episode and extended assessment pathway within the team.

v To participate in the initial assessment of people referred to the team with suspected first episode psychosis.
