Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Head and Neck Care Group as care Group Management secretary. You will work as part of a small Administration Team to support the Care Group Chief of Service, Operations Director, Nurse Director and the wider senior manage team to ensure the efficient and effective provision of secretarial and administrative services, in support of the Management Teams within the Head and Neck Care Group., Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary and meeting management and providing full comprehensive secretarial support to the Team.
  • Formal minute taking for Care Group meetings
  • The maintenance of action trackers and other documentation
  • Meeting and welcoming visitors to the department as a first point of contact
