Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join their team and play a pivotal role within the home's management team. This varied position encompasses managing customer experience elements alongside HR, recruitment, payroll, finance, and supervising junior members of the administration team., The Care Home Administrator will be responsible for promoting a warm and welcoming environment, managing enquiries and showrounds, driving the occupancy and reputation of the care home, supporting resident and family feedback, assisting with staff recruitment and inductions, preparing payroll, providing HR advice and guidance, and ensuring all records are securely stored. They will also attend meetings, produce accurate notes and minutes, manage rotas, petty cash, and resident fund accounts, and offer guidance on staff development opportunities.
