Full Job Description

Do you want to play a vital role in driving the quality of care across our homes and support our journey to achieving excellent and outstanding care outcomes for people in our care? Are you proficient in preparing detailed reports, presenting information, and analysing data in order to create Quality Reports and effective action plans? If you are, then Orchard Care Homes have an opportunity for you to join them as a Quality Monitoring Officer.

  • Experience at an operational level within a compliance, contract monitoring or commissioning role
  • Has excellent knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
  • Has experience working in the field of dementia care as well as nursing and residential care
  • Possesses excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Has prior experience of Compliance Audit Systems working within a care environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional and confident
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fast moving and dynamic workplace
  • Must be IT literate and adaptable to use new systems
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on initiative
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and willing to drive nationally
  • Flexible to hybrid working with overnight stays, remote and office-based working as required
