We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to guide and manage our dedicated care teams in the Liphook and Alton regions. Core Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive guidance and unwavering support to Care Assistants, ensuring that our exceptional care standards are consistently upheld.
- Develop and meticulously oversee effective care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct regular, informative training sessions for staff to continually enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Efficiently manage team schedules to ensure all client appointments and needs are adequately staffed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the healthcare or care industry.
- demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving client outcomes.
- Flexibility and reliability in managing a team.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and have access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
