Care Manager - Level 5 - CQC REGISTERED

We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality care services in a residential care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Domiciliary care Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered care
- Coordinate and oversee care plans for residents, ensuring they meet individual needs
- Conduct assessments and reviews of residents' care requirements
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines
- Provide leadership and support to staff in delivering compassionate care
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic care for residents

Qualified Nurse with experience in senior care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities
- Proficient in supervising and managing a team of care staff
- Competent in medication administration and adherence to health and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of care
