NJC Grade LBR1c.3 -£6,805.52 Term Time. (including Outer London Weighting); 11 Hours per week (3 days per week) Monday-Tuesday 10.00-14.00; Friday 10.00-13.00

Little Heath School is a secondary school for pupils with learning difficulties located in pleasant leafy surroundings on the edge of the London Borough of Redbridge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to support our young people with a range of general or complex learning and behavioural needs including autistic spectrum disorder. Little Heath School 6th Form, located in the London Borough of Redbridge, it is a vibrant school for pupils with learning difficulties. Housed in a modern, purpose-built facility, our dedicated team is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join us in supporting our young people with a range of learning and behavioural needs, including those on the autistic spectrum.

Key Responsibilities will be to provide personal care, including toileting support, while upholding the dignity and well-being of our pupils. You will collaborate with class teachers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of students and foster a positive and nurturing environment, helping students achieve their fullest potential.

Experience in working with SEN students is desirable but not essential. You must also be Resilient, adapting and caring attitude.
