Full Job Description

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit

  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework

  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping

  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care., No qualifications are required, we are looking for natural caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to peoples lives!

    Excellent pay rates - £13.20 Per hour weekdays / £14.70 Per hour weekends- plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates.

  • Types of hours available - Part time & Guaranteed contract.

  • Minimum 1 hour calls so you have the time needed with client

  • Welcome bonus - £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed

  • Employee referral bonus programme - £200 bonus paid if you refer and friend or family member and they start

  • Mileage and travel time -Up to 45p per mile

  • Blue Light Card, We will be offering a "Waking Night" role, which is where a client requires prolonged and / or frequent support during the night and the Care Professional is awake and working.


    • A Waking Night shift is a 10 hour shift to start and finish at times agreed.
  • £132 Per shift
