Care Supervisor

As a Care Supervisor at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that the residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activities. Your responsibilities will include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
