They are now seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Care Supervisor at their Ascot Grange Care Home., As a Care Supervisor, your focus will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
