To support the CareAngel team both in the field and in the office, including a commitment to out-of-hours on-call duties on our monthly rota., The Care Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all CareAngels are up to date with their learning, confident to work and that they have a good understanding of the practical application of our policies and procedures. You will exemplify and support the behaviour of others to hold our values. These are for us all to be compassionate, professional, friendly, reliable and to always look for the best quality in all we do. You will support our CareAngels from the start of their journey throughout their careers with us. You will utilise assessments, complete skills reviews, carry out flying visits and organise one to one supervisions to ensure we are providing the ongoing support, development and learning which is essential for us to deliver outstanding care., We offer excellent rates of pay, including holiday and travel pay, a workplace pension and a six-month bonus.     Do you have relevant experience in the care industry and are looking for the next step?,
  • A minimum of 2 years working in a community care setting
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of managing others
  • Excellent verbal, written and behavioural communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with new people
  • Ability to demonstrate working by our values
  • Well organised, self-motivate with high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, diary management, planning and logistics skills
  • Understand and complete audits, record data accurately and plan accordingly
  • Proficient use of computers, tablets and phones
