Care Supervisor

They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Supervisor to join their award-winning team at Barnet Grange Care Home., The Care Supervisor will be responsible for managing, supporting, and guiding a small team within the Care Services team. They will ensure Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards, and that residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. This will involve promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
