Care Supervisor - Nights

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Care Supervisor. Your focus will be to manage, support and guide a small team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents., As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner. You will also provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
