Care Supervisor - Nights

They are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Care Supervisor working nights., The Care Supervisor will be responsible for managing, supporting and guiding a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that the resident's choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. Responsibilities include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, dealing with concerns or complaints, and providing ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
