If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills., As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our client's daily life, providing essential support including:
- Administering medication
- Supporting with PEG feeds
- Performing oral suctioning
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling, Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
- Waking nights - 19:30-07:30
- Twilights - 17:00 - 23:00
