Full Job Description

You will be based in our short stay service, where we support older people at Elmhurst and adults with a learning disability at Woodbury. You will support people with everyday tasks, including supporting people to get out of bed and get dressed, support with eating meals, taking part in a range of activities and supporting people with bathing and other personal care needs.

We are looking for people who are kind-hearted, caring and compassionate; someone who has a natural way with people and who wants to make a difference to people's lives in a positive way.
