Full Job Description

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.     Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Sydney House to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users., Sydney House is our care home in the North Norfolk village of Stalham. We provide dedicated care and support to up to 40 people at the home.
