Job Opportunity: Care Team Leader - Chester and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to A£26,000 per annum

We are looking for an exceptional Care Team Leader to join a well-established care provider in Chester and the surrounding areas. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in the health and social care sector and are ready to take on a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Role Overview: Care Team Leader

As a Care Team Leader, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and assessing new service users to understand their needs.

  • Conducting client reviews and risk assessments to ensure high standards of care.

  • Handling queries and maintaining effective communication with the office.

  • Supervising, mentoring, and performing spot checks on field staff.

  • Upholding and enforcing high standards of care in line with company values, code of conduct, and ethos.


  • Key Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector.

  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop others' knowledge and skills.

  • A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Good IT skills and willingness to participate in on-call and backup services during out-of-hours periods.
