Care Team Leader (Southway)

You will be an active member of the senior management team within the residential home, delivering direct care and supporting the Home Manager and Deputy in the day to day operation of the home; thus ensuring a range of defined quality services are provided.

You will have NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Care and the aptitude to gain NVQ level 3, and some experience of working in a formal care setting.
