Care workers for new team

As a Care Worker with Cynefin Care you will provide care and support for people in their own homes. Our aim is to enable people to maintain their life in the way they want to even as their need for support increases either through age or illness. In a recent Contract Monitoring report comments from our clients and their families included, 'the care staff are like a breath of fresh air' and another commented that they 'didn't know what they would do without them'. You will work as part of a small team delivering care and support to a number of people in a local area. You do not need to have formal qualifications but if you have good interpersonal skills, a caring nature, practical skills and common sense then you are already well qualified to succeed in this role. We provide full training before you go out to work and initially you will work with an experienced member of the team to help you find your feet.

Pay rate of £12.00 to £12.70 per hour with Travel Time paid on top! Mileage paid at 45p per mile We have secured a large new contract and are busy building up our team in RCT. We are hiring walkers and drivers and have plenty of work available for the right people!

• Top rates of pay on offer - we pay £12.70 per hour for your contact time and on top of this we pay for your your time travelling between calls. We pay you based on your Planned call times not Actual call times so you know exactly how much you will be earning
• Maximum allowed Tax Free mileage rate of 45p per mile
• We will pay your mileage between home and your first and last call
• Overtime for any extra work paid at time and a half
• We pay your Social Care Wales subscription costs
• We provide Advances on Wages when needed between pay runs
• We pay for your Training and Shadowing hours
• We allocate you with Regular and Consistent runs
