Full Job Description

The College is seeking to appoint a new member of our Higher Education (H.E.) and Careers team to support their work across the school. We welcome applications from qualified Career Development Professionals as well as those interested in a more administrative support role within the department, with opportunities to develop professionally for the right candidate.

The postholder will be able to prioritise and work well under pressure, work independently, flexibly and on a range of ongoing projects at any one time and have a professional manner and excellent I.T. skills. A key responsibility will be to coordinate the Work Experience Programme, liaising with employers to secure placements and with pupils to ensure all are successfully placed. In addition, the role will involve working with students to support them in making successful university applications and the organisation and support of events and activities to deliver key components of the Careers Programme.

Experience of Higher Education and of working with young people are essential.
