Professional Relationships: The ability to develop professional relationships with older people, people with disabilities, and their carers is a must.
Educational Requirements: You should have GCSE grade 'C' or equivalent in Maths, English, and ICT, along with basic level certificates in Word and Excel and an NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent.
Additionally, you should possess good organisational skills, the ability to maintain both manual and computerised record systems, remain calm in stressful situations, uphold strict standards of confidentiality, and have a flexible attitude towards shifts.
