Full Job Description

You will provide excellent customer service to customers that make contact via face to face; telephone; webchat or email ensuring that complete customer satisfaction is achieved at all times. You will work within the National Careers Service team, which is an outcome-based contract requiring the ability to work towards and meet individual and team performance targets.

You will have strong communication skills with a sound knowledge of Information, Advice & Guidance. Hold an IAG qualification or working towards. You will maintain an equality & diversity approach at all times with the ability to work in a systematic manner, prioritise and organise workloads and work to deadlines. You will be proficient in the use of IT, including Word and Excel and online communication platforms (including MSTeams). If you have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, with the flexibility to cope with varying demands of the role and be driven to succeed and set high personal standards so that targets are met, then we would love to hear from you.
