Candidates must have appropriate qualifications and experience to be able to provide careers advice. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our students by providing expert guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about their education, training, and employment pathways. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive careers programme that meets industry benchmarks, adheres to good practice guidelines, and equips our young people with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their chosen fields.   • Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance (or willingness to work towards)
  • Strong understanding of careers information and labour market trends.
  • Experience of working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, Disability Confident
