  • Provide one-on-one career guidance to students and clients, helping them explore career options, develop career plans, and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate individuals' interests, skills, and values, and provide personalised recommendations.
  • Assist with CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking techniques.
  • Deliver workshops, presentations, and group sessions on various career-related topics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labour market information, and educational programs to offer up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to organise career fairs, employer events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using college system.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in career development.
