Full Job Description

You will establish and lead a new commercial team, bringing together existing capabilities in B2C sales and learner enrolment and building new B2B business development and strategic digital distributor partner management capabilities into one integrated sales, business development and partnership management team. Core responsibilities are to:

  • Establish the new Commercial team, hiring new roles, building a high performing team and developing new sales and business development processes, frameworks and principles
  • Develop and apply the COE commercial strategy in line with the COE business strategy
  • Establish and lead a new B2B Business Development approach
  • Identify and close a pipeline of high value, high impact B2B learning partnerships with global organisations
  • Ensure excellent client and learner experience throughout the sales, development and delivery process developing lifelong relationships for our learners and organisations with COE
  • Deliver on annual COE high growth financial targets

    You are an experienced leader, results driven, creative and collaborative and thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Strategic, customer and market focussed in everything you do, with exceptional communication, solutioning, negotiation and presentation skills, you are a confident and able networker with a strong ability to form trusted relationships. Highly numerate with strong financial and commercial acumen you are motivated to close deals finding the best solution for your clients sharing your deep knowledge and insight of the professional online learning market.
