Full Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy for the Partnership for Education, driving customer engagement and improving our online presence. You'll work across various digital channels, including websites, social media, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and more, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our audiences.,

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define and implement digital strategies that enhance brand awareness and client engagement across digital channels.
  • Digital Content Management: Oversee website updates, optimise user flows, and create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Social Media: Develop and deliver social media content and campaigns, including graphics and videos, using tools such as Canva.
  • SEO & Analytics: Lead on-page SEO optimisation and liaise with external agencies to enhance search visibility and website performance.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Design automated customer journeys, ensure GDPR compliance, and craft engaging newsletters.
  • Campaign Analysis: Track and report on digital marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimising campaigns for better results.
  • Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring smooth execution of digital strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Support and champion CX initiatives - implementing them across digital channels, driving best practices for a seamless journey, and collaborating on assets that enhance customer interactions.

    You will be a flexible, proactive, and innovative marketing professional who puts the customer at the heart of all you do. You're adept at balancing the big picture with the day-to-day, ensuring that strategic goals align with effective campaign execution. With a proven track record of driving digital engagement and delivering results, you excel in both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You have excellent copywriting and intercultural communication skills, enabling you to craft messages that resonate across diverse audiences. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while maintaining attention to deadlines, ensures that you consistently deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
