Job Role: Careers Lead

Pay Scale: HAY Grade 9 (points 27 to 34 £40,008 - £46,056 FTE), 36 hours per week for 40 weeks a year

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, well-qualified and skilled Careers Lead to join our welcoming, successful and growing school. The role leads the school's Careers Program, overseeing and delivering the careers work to ensure the effective impact for students in their academic success, career aspirations and future destinations. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the academic and aspirational development of students and is suitable for those with significant patrol experience in schools. The position begins in September 2024.
