Working Pattern: Part time, 3 days per week, 52 week contract

West Park is an 11 - 16 school based in Spondon with 1451 pupils currently on roll. The school prides itself on exceptional pupil achievement, dynamic teaching and learning and excellent behaviour and engagement.

The role itself will include 1:1 careers meetings with students, liaising with colleges and local authorities to help support students to choose the most appropriate destination for them, organising events such as transition information events, careers week activities and overall raising the profile of careers and destinations across the whole setting. You will also be responsible for organising work experience placements that are relevant and help to develop our young people's employability skills.
