Full Job Description

Join Cambridge as a Ministry Partnerships Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with national examination boards and ministries of education. This position offers the opportunity to build and maintain excellent relationships with our international partners and work with different teams across Cambridge to ensure that the partners receive an excellent service from us., We work with partner organisations such as national exam boards and education ministries around the world to help them to produce high quality assessment systems. As our next Ministry Partnerships Manager, you will lead on identifying and managing Cambridge's expertise to provide excellent services to our partners to achieve their aims. As part of this role, you will:

  • Support contract delivery and quality assurance processes.
  • Agree and develop annual activity plans. Coordinate teams to ensure effective delivery.
  • Be the main point of contact with the partner, chair internal and external meetings, lead on contractual discussions.
  • Manage financial procedures related to contracts, including invoicing.

    You will have a genuine interest in international education and assessment and a desire to work in partnership to ensure access to high quality for all. You will be a clear communicator (both written and oral) with an ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide variety of people both inside and outside the organisation.
  • You will have good project management, budgeting, research and evaluation skills. You are comfortable working with diverse teams in an international context using your cross-cultural awareness, leadership and diplomacy to deliver high quality services to our partners.
