Join us as a Product Executive in the Insight, Ideation and Impact (II&I) team within Teaching and Learning Products, International Education. You will be part of a research and ideation team working across the product development teams producing support for teachers including publishing, product development and digital support materials., As the Product Executive, you will undertake project specific tasks across all aspects of the product development cycle to support the Insight, Ideation and Impact team and the wider teaching and learning product teams. You will work closely with our Cambridge teacher communities to deliver customer insight through project-specific market research in support of the wider teaching and learning product team. Your skills in customer research will play a key role in helping us develop effective solutions for our customers. The Insight, Ideation and Impact team play a crucial role in evaluating educational impact and commercial value across our international education portfolio. Customer focused and agile, the II&I team is a collaborative research and development function within Teaching and Learning Products.

  • Research activities within the Insight, Ideation and Impact team e.g., developing and analysing customer surveys, conducting customer interviews, undertaking competitor research and attending school visits. Managing our customer forums and ensuring the voice of the customer is part of our product development.
  • Develop and manage robust author feedback questionnaire and workflow to drive ongoing improvements in author care and workflow processes.
  • In collaboration with project leads, commissioning additional content and features for resource projects such as digital courseware, workbooks, revision guides or teacher resources as required.

    We are looking for a collaborative and organised team member to support our key insight and impact functions across a busy product development team. You will be interested in working in publishing, product development or insight and be willing to learn new skills in a highly creative team. Your data analysis skills will help you collate research findings and turn them into engaging reports to inform stakeholders., Research skills and the ability to learn new research methodologies to support the product development cycle.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and an ability to work across teams.
  • An interest in education and in particular, high-quality resources for teachers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
