Full Job Description

You will establish and lead a new propositions team, bringing together existing capabilities in learning design, market research and development and product management into one integrated team, including building new product models and market approaches to bespoke B2B Proposition development and identifying the biggest areas of growth for new skills based online courses. Core responsibilities are to:

  • Establish the new propositions team, hiring new roles, building a high performing team and developing new product life cycle processes, frameworks and principles
  • Establish COE as a leader in skills based online learning sharing learning expertise and thought leadership raising awareness and building impact externally and internally
  • Develop and apply the COE propositions strategy in line with the COE business strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and performance of a portfolio of propositions with overall responsibility for the product portfolio P&L and roadmap
  • Ensure all COE propositions and products are developed taking a customer and market first approach, understanding deeply learner and organisational needs and reflecting this in the learning experience.
  • Deliver on annual COE product pipeline high growth targets

    You are an experienced leader, results driven, creative and collaborative and thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Strategic, customer and market focussed in everything you do, a thought leader and expert in online learning, with exceptional communication, solutioning, and proposition design skills, you are both an innovator and executor driving the development of new onlinelearning experiences at scale
