- Generate new business and deliver annual COE sales and signings targets by: + Creating a new outbound prospecting strategy identifying target geographies, industries and companies. + Developing a well-connected network of senior relationships in target Industries and relevant organisations + Identifying learning needs, securing budget and working collaboratively across the COE team to turn creative online learning solutions into winning bid
- Manage the Client experience by + Building rapport, trust and confidence with your customers helping to effect change in learning and development agendas in organisations. + Ensuring that the voice of the customer remains present throughout the sales, development and delivery process + Leading the Client relationship working across the team to introduce the client to COE expert teams at appropriate points for an excellent customer experience

Highly numerate with strong financial and commercial acumen you are motivated to close deals finding the best solution for your clients sharing your deep knowledge and insight of the professional online learning market.
