Full Job Description

You will oversee the delivery of high-quality educational services, contribute to strategic planning and build partnerships that influence education policy at the highest levels. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on global education., As a Senior Ministry Partnerships Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of contracts with national examination boards and ministries of education, grouped by geography or contract type. You will develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Collaborating across teams within Cambridge International, you will contribute to strategic planning, manage budgets and ensure alignment with clients' national education priorities. This role also involves establishing high-level relationships with key education policymakers and stakeholders to position Cambridge International as a trusted partner in education.,

  • Leading quality assurance, risk management, and annual reviews for contracts.
  • Collaborating internally to align services with client needs and identifying new opportunities.
  • Representing Cambridge at high-level educational policy discussions to strengthen its reputation.
  • Providing intelligence on regional educational developments to inform strategy.
  • Managing financial aspects such as budgeting, invoicing and contract negotiations.
  • Leading and supporting contract management staff.

    As our next Senior Ministry Partnerships Manager, you will have experience of working in school education or similar, particularly in an international context, along with knowledge of education assessment.
  • You will have the ability to think and plan strategically, with a strong problem-solving background, good analytical skills and the ability to assess and manage risks. In addition, we are looking for someone who is:
  • Educated to degree level or has equivalent experience.
  • Confident in engaging with senior policymakers with diplomacy and credibility.
  • A strong leader who can coordinate teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • You should also demonstrate:
  • Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of sustainable development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and engagement.
  • A passion for education and the ability to adapt flexibly to changing needs.
