Full Job Description

As a Careline Response Officer, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need. Working a flexible 24/7 rota, your key responsibilities will include:

handling emergency and non-emergency calls from customers providing a professional, caring, and consistent service
attending customer homes to assist those who have fallen, using specialised equipment to help lift them safely
liaising with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require
this is a role where you can truly make a difference, helping older and disabled individuals maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes

We are a TSA-accredited 24/7 call monitoring and response service which is rapidly expanding, we are looking for compassionate and skilled Careline Response Officers to join our team., excellent communication skills and the ability to interact sensitively with people of all ages and abilities
experience working under pressure and using your own initiative, with minimal supervision
proficiency in using computer systems to accurately input and retrieve information
have a current drivers licence which allows you to drive vehicles with a manual gearbox (a vehicle will be supplied to use during working time), Disability Confident
