Enhanced DBS

-Key holder - given responsibility for site security such as opening up and closing. Being a key holder you agree to become a first responder if the alarm sounds out of hours.

-General Maintenance

-Able to work individually and part of a team.

-Possible overtime available.

-Training provided from IT skills to using the quad.

-PASMA and IPAF a plus but nut essential as training will be provided

-Legionella training to help with the flushing of the site

-Helping the site team complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and yearly PPM's

-Litter picking after breaks as part of a team

-Painting/small plumbing jobs throughout the year

-Hazard spotting and risk assessing the site daily to ensure a safe environment for all.

-Ensure the helpdesk tasks are completed within time and to a reasonable standard

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is pro-active and not re-active. Able to add that extra bit of knowledge to the team to help the team grow and look after the site on a day to day basis. Someone who is punctual and can work under pressure but can enjoy the lighter days too.
