Full Job Description

Hours: Full time, all year round, 40 hours per week as follows:- Monday - Friday, alternate shifts; 7.00am - 3.00pm / 11.00am - 7.00pm We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Caretaker to join our highly professional caretaking team. We are looking for a proactive team member with a 'can do' attitude. You will be a practical, adaptable, energetic and diligent team player who will support with delivering excellent service to all stakeholders. You will be:

  • A maintenance person with a proven track record of skills and experience associated with premises management.
  • Able to demonstrate sound understanding of Health & Safety regulations including manual handling, COSHH, Legionella etc.
  • Comfortable using industrial, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Keen and willing to develop your role within the school to ensure that all areas are provided with maintenance support.
  • Experienced in working in a school environment although this is not essential but may be useful.
