We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Caretaker, with a flexible approach to work and a "can do" and friendly attitude to join our Site Team. The post is 25 hours per week, all year round to be worked normally within the core time of 2:00pm - 7.00pm (Monday - Friday) depending on the needs of the service. Flexibility is required to cover for holidays. The Site Manager and Caretakers are both on a rota for emergency call-outs 7 days a week. You will need to have a;
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety, including Asbestos and Legionella.
- High Level all-round maintenance ability along with excellent problem solving, time-management and customer service skills.
