Caretaker

Caretakers are responsible for basic building and equipment maintenance, repair, set-up and breakdown of events and functions, cleaning, stock monitoring, and assisting the Venue Managers where appropriate.

If you have experience in a similar role, have the ability to remain calm and act diplomatically when coming into contact with the public, the ability to work alone, have an understanding of how buildings work and are able to carry out minor repairs, then email your CV to recruitment@chrgs.co.uk.

Lewes Town Council needs two Caretakers to carry out the day-to-day caretaking, cleaning, opening/locking up duties at the three Council venues: All Saints Centre, Malling Community Centre and Lewes Town Hall.
