Caretaker

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Caretaker, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., To work as part of team in delivering measurable increase in customer satisfaction levels
To achieve cleaning requirements as set out as in local work programme using appropriate equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
To clean all common parts of a housing estate, in accordance with the local work programme, schedules and frequencies.
To Liaise with residents, Estate Wardens, and other services in emergency situations
To ensure that all estate incidents are recorded, and such information provided to the Neighbourhood Caretaking Team Leader
Please note:

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires a basic DBS
