Caretaker - Barnsley Outdoor Markets

As the Caretaker, you will ensure that the facilities around the market sites are maintained to the highest of standards, providing a clean and safe environment for all on site. In addition to securing the site, you will be responsible for all day to day maintenance, ensuring its in a good state of repair and works are planned around its service users.

You will be pro-active in your approach with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be competent in all aspects of minor maintenance. Experience of working in a similar role with a clear understanding of Health and Safety related and safe working practices.,

• Previous experience in a similar role.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Able to work within a team or on your own.


• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
  
  Barnsley Norse are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to work in Town across the Markets. This position is being offered on a part time, permanent contract working 30 hours per week, 4.30am- 7.30am and 4pm-7pm, Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat, 6 hours a day, split shift


4.30am- 7.30am and 4pm-7pm,
• £21,164 (Pro-rata) - £11 per hour
