CARETAKER / CLEANER

We are seeking to appoint an evening caretaker/ cleaner to join our site management team. The hours will be 4pm - 7pm daily.

The post holder's responsibilities –

To be a school key holder – responsibility for locking school between 6.45pm and 7pm. Ensuring that the site is secure.
To respond to emergency call outs due to alarm activations alongside the Site Manager.
To supervise the cleaning team, ensuring the cleanliness standards are high. Ensure that effective supervision is given and further training provided where necessary.
To provide induction and training to new member of the cleaning team.
Responsible for cleaning a designated area of the school premises and this will form 2.5 hours of the role.
To be responsible for cleaning stock management and ordering alongside the site manager.
