What We Are Looking For Join our dedicated team of professionals specialising in high-standard general repairs, damp and mould remediation, and comprehensive refurbishment activities for housing properties. We pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class customer service while adhering to the highest safety, quality, and cost control standards. You will be working in our tenanted properties, as well as the commercial and communal areas, under our Livin contract. Your tasks will include installing or repairing doors, windows, skirting boards, fencing, and much more. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience in repairs or installations of garage doors.   • Trade qualification in carpentry or joinery
  • UK full driving licence
  • Manual Handling
  • Previous experience in repair and maintenance on tenanted properties
  • Ability to repair or install Windows, Doors, Fences, Skirting boards.
  • All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

    To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
