Full Job Description

We are looking for a Case Administration Support to support the Automatic Enrolment legal team through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service in relation to all it’s litigation and local continuous improvement work.
Responsibilities
You will:
• Support the AE legal team & AE case management team where decisions and hearings are required in relation to tribunals, county courts and the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts; including engagement with those courts, employers, pension providers, external Counsel and other third parties if required.
• Provide administration support on litigation, regulatory advisory work and continuous improvement work to the AE legal team and Legal Services generally.
• Provide administration for internal and external meetings, including coordinating timings and diaries, setting and sending out agendas, taking minutes and ensuring minutes are agreed; ensure all litigation related correspondence is saved appropriately to the document management system.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of electronic and hard copy litigation documentation as required.
• Provide Management Information across the work conducted by the AE Legal team.
• Support the AE legal team where decisions are required from internal clients in relation to litigation.
• Provide general administrative support as required for the AE legal team., In accordance with Home Office guidance, the successful candidate will be required to provide their right to work in the UK before they start employment. Unfortunately, TPR is not able to offer sponsorship at the time. TPR is a UK-based organisation with a working location in Brighton, candidates must live in the UK to be employed by us.
