Full Job Description

Joining our Mental Health team as a Case Worker, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues and qualified social care and health care professionals. You'll use a strengths-based approach to assess an individual's needs and provide them with support and guidance to maximise their wellbeing and independence. Using your effective relationship management and negotiation skills, you'll collaborate with individuals, their families, providers, and partner agencies, such as the police and health service. Resilience and adaptability are key, as our work can be fast-paced and challenging at times, but also incredibly rewarding., Joining us as a Case Worker can lead to a fantastic career in Adults' Health and Care. Our experienced Case Workers can be considered for our social work apprenticeship scheme, which is currently run by the University of Winchester leading to a career as a Qualified Social Worker.
