Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Caseworker to join the Anti-Social Behaviour team working 22.5 hours per week., As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of anti-social behaviour to cope and recover. You will be responsible for establishing contact with the person to assess the impact of the anti-social behaviour and provide them with appropriate information and support. As the needs and experiences of our clients are wide-ranging, the support you will provide will range from brief interventions over the telephone to longer term 1:1 and telephone based support. You will be working from home however regular travel will be required to work across Avon & Somerset. You may at times be asked to support cases across Dorset and Hampshire.

You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position. An ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.
